These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://homecareincremodeling.com and any related pages, forms, or content (the "Site"), operated by Homecare Remodeling ("Homecare Remodeling," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Homecare Remodeling is a residential design-build remodeling contractor founded in 1960 and located at 9301 Bryant Avenue South, Suite 215, Bloomington, Minnesota 55420. We hold Minnesota Builder's License #CR806951 and EPA Lead-Safe Certification, and we serve Minneapolis, Bloomington, and the surrounding Twin Cities area.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Site to request an estimate or submit information. The Site is intended for users located in the United States.
Content on the Site, including service descriptions, project galleries, and any pricing or budget ranges published on the Site or on third-party profiles, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not an offer, bid, quote, or binding commitment.
No contract for remodeling services is formed until we and you sign a written project agreement. Submitting a contact form, requesting a free estimate, receiving a preliminary estimate, or exchanging emails, calls, or texts does not create a contract or obligate either party to proceed.
All project pricing, scope, schedules, warranties, payment terms, change order procedures, and cancellation rights are governed exclusively by that signed written agreement, not by these Terms or by anything on the Site. If these Terms conflict with your signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls.
We offer free estimates. Any estimate is based on the information available at the time it is prepared and on conditions visible during a walkthrough. Estimates are subject to change based on concealed conditions, material availability and pricing, structural findings, permitting requirements, code compliance issues, and changes you request. Estimates are valid only for the period stated on them.
Timelines, completion dates, and budget figures discussed before a signed agreement are good-faith projections, not guarantees.
The Site may link to third-party financing providers or lender networks. We are not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, and we do not guarantee that you will be approved or that any particular rate or term will be offered.
Any financing application, agreement, or transaction is solely between you and the lender, and is governed by that lender's terms, disclosures, and privacy policy. We are not responsible for lenders' acts, omissions, decisions, or terms.
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, project images, video, graphics, logos, layouts, designs, and the "Homecare Remodeling" name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use in evaluating our services. You may not:
Design concepts, drawings, renderings, and specifications we prepare remain our intellectual property unless your signed project agreement provides otherwise.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through the Site. By submitting photos, drawings, measurements, or descriptions of your property, you represent that you have the right to share them.
By submitting a review, testimonial, comment, or project photo to us, you grant Homecare Remodeling a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in our marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy. We are not obligated to publish or retain any submission.
Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Client reviews, testimonials, awards, certifications, and association memberships displayed on the Site reflect individual experiences and past recognitions. They are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction that you will experience the same results. Every project is different.
The Site links to third-party websites and profiles, including financing partners, industry associations, Facebook, YouTube, Houzz, and Yelp. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, services, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive texts, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from us regarding scheduling, estimates, and project communications, and — if you separately opt in — promotional messages. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.
We are committed to making the Site usable by as many people as possible, and accessibility is central to the remodeling work we do. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that Site content is accurate, complete, or current. Content may include typographical errors or outdated information, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Nothing on the Site constitutes construction, engineering, design, legal, financial, or code-compliance advice for your specific property.
This section applies to the Site only. Warranties on remodeling work we actually perform are set out in your signed project agreement and are not limited or disclaimed by this section, and nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right you have under Minnesota law, including Minnesota Statutes Chapter 327A (statutory home warranties) and Chapter 326B (contractor licensing).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homecare Remodeling and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. These limitations apply to the Site only and do not limit our liability arising from remodeling work performed under a signed project agreement, or any liability that cannot be limited under Minnesota law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homecare Remodeling and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@homecareremodel.com with a description of the dispute and to allow us thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be resolved with a phone call.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Changes. We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. They do not modify, replace, or supersede any signed project agreement.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
